HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item you love, click on the 'Add to cart’ button. Keep adding the items to want to purchase to the cart. Review your selections by clicking the 'My cart' icon at the top right of the page. Use the 'Remove Item' button to delete items from your cart. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out' button.​

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept payment by credit card , PayPal AND COD.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

ARE PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

We make each and every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, however we cannot guarantee that the screen's display of your device of any colour will be completely accurate, monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. Please check the dimensions of the products provided before shopping.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING POLICIES?

  • For all the domestic orders the shipping is FREE as long as its a prepaid order. However a shipping of ₹150 is charged on all COD orders. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.​
  • Shipping charges for international orders is ₹2200 . Transit time for international orders will vary, depending on the location. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹ 20,000.
  • Please Note : VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

    WHAT ARE THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES?

    You can request for return or exchange of a product within 3 days of receiving it. All the original tags and packaging of the product should be intact. You can exchange your product with a fresh piece or get a credit note valid for 6 months and shop later

    WHERE ARE PRODUCTS MADE?

    All the products are designed and handcrafted in India. Each and every piece is handmade with love by our skilled and talented artisans. The stones used are Swarovski Crystals which are procured from the Swarovski factories of Austria.

    WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED IN THE PRODUCTS?

    Each piece of Esme's jewellery is handcrafted in rhodium plated brass alloy which is nickel and zinc free. Esme is known for using the most meticulously crafted swarovski crystals in each and every item. Each item is skillfully handcrafted and quality controlled before sending it to our customers.

    ARE THE SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS USED AUTHENTIC?

    Each of the Swarovski crystals are sourced from the Swarovski factories of Austria and are 100% authentic. We provide a Swarovski guarantee card with every purchase stating the authenticity of the Crystals.

    ARE THERE ANY RE-PLATING SERVICES?

    Yes, Esme provides a 1 year free plating and cleaning services to its customers so that they can wear their favourite piece of jewellery as much as they want without worrying about the wear and tear.

    HOW IS CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENT?

    We use eco packaging for our products which is biodegradable packaging and it can easily break down to it's components in your home compost as well. We have also taken the initiative of plating a tree for every 10 purchases made. This way we try to slowly give back to mother nature.
